Roxana Tuca

What’s jour role
at Costo?

As a Project Manager, I oversee the entire implementation process, ensuring that everything runs smoothly from start to finish. I work closely with customers to understand their requirements and needs, and then collaborate with my colleagues to bring those visions to life within the project’s scope.

What are you most proud of in your career?

“I’m particularly proud of what I’ve accomplished in a short time, especially as a young woman in the intralogistics sector, where I am far from being a minority. The support I receive to forge my own path has empowered me, and that’s something I value deeply.”

Which tool is essential for your job?

That’s mainly a softskill; communication. My approach to this is similar to a chameleon, the capability to adapt. Understanding what others need and providing that need. It’s all in the balance of sharing; the information I pick up from intern & extern and share the other way around. For example, some customers have a need to receive information in outline form, while others like to be informed in detail.

My approach is similar to a chameleon; the capability to adapt.

What do you enjoy most about your job?

The diversity in my daily work. I always have a number of goals to achieve each day, but in addition, there are always unexpected events to respond to. Like supporting the service department, finance, and helping out when a colleague is on a holiday. I embrace flexiblity.
